⏰ We have a 10 minute late policy for all Wellin5 clients.
➡️ If your client is more than 10 minutes late for their video session, this can be considered a 'no show'.
➡️ If your client is late and you're still available, complete your session.
If your client comes online while you are waiting, either at the 10 minute mark or later, and you are still online and comfortable completing your session, please complete your counselling session.
➡️ Please let us know about any 'no show' clients
If you decide to go offline after 10 minutes because your client has not yet entered the section, please contact our Wellin5 Support team as soon as possible to let us know that your client was a 'no show'.
