My client is late what do I do?

If your client is more than 10 minutes late for their video session, this will be considered a 'no show'.

At the 10 minute mark, if you are still online and comfortable completing your session, please complete your counselling session.

 

If you decide to go offline after 10 minutes because your client has not yet entered the section, please contact our Wellin5 Support team as soon as possible to let us know.
