How do I reschedule a session with my counsellor?Last Updated: July 14, 2020
Follow these instructions to reschedule a session with your counsellor:
When your counsellor asks to reschedule, he or she will provide you with 3 alternative date and time options.
- 📩You will receive an email notification letting you know that you have received a reschedule request from your counsellor.
- Log in and go to your 'Upcoming tab'
- Click 'View Proposed Times' and select 1 of the 3 options that works best for you. ✔
Don't see a date/time that works for you?
- Click on the section that states: “If none of the suggested times work, click here to provide some other options for your counsellor or cancel the appointment" and write a message to your counsellor.
For example: “I’m available M-F from 9am to 10am” or “What about this weekend between 4pm to 6pm” 💬
Your counsellor now has a better idea of when you can meet. Once you have sent your message, you will receive an email notification when your counsellor has responded.📩😊
