What is Wellin5's cancellation & late policy for counsellors?

It is important to us that our clients can depend on our counsellors for consistent and continual services.
It is required that counsellors provide at least 24 hours notice unless it is due to an illness, emergency, death or natural calamity. If you must cancel, please contact our Clinical Team with the reason and context of your cancellation.
In the instance that you need to cancel or will be late, please reach out to client services and we will do our best to reschedule your session with your client.
