Counsellor Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the client or counsellor require at least 24 hours' notification from the time of the start of the video session ⏰.
It is important to us that our Clients can depend on our counsellors for consistent and continual services.
It is required that Counsellors provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation unless it is due to an illness, emergency, death or natural calamity. If you must cancel, please contact our Clinical Team with the reason and context of your cancellation.
